TERMS OF SERVICE

Toxic discos agrees to provide mobile disco entertainment services for your function, subject to acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Securing a booking
a deposit of £30.00 is payable to secure your booking, your booking will be classed as provisional and will be held for 7 days from date of contract. Deposits and contracts not received within this time will render the booking cancelled and toxic discos reserves the right to accept another booking for this date.
Cancellations
If the client wishes to cancel the booking;
A) More than 30 days from the performance date; No fee apart from deposit payable.
B) Between 22-30 days from the performance date; 25% of the full fee.
C) Between 15-21 days from the performance date; 50% of the full fee.
D) Between 8-14 days from the performance date; 75% of the full fee.
E) Between 1-7 days from the performance date; The full fee will be payable.
Payment
all outstanding balances are to be paid before the start of the event, in cash or cheque. Failure to settle outstanding balances at this time, without prior arrangement with Toxic discos, will result in immediate termination of the contract.
Good Conduct
The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests. If at anytime during the event, the DJ considers their equipment or person to be under threat, either verbally or physically, the DJ reserves the right, on behalf of toxic discos, to terminate the contract without notice. No refund will be made to the client in these circumstances.
Extensions
The client may request an extension to the agreed playing time at the DJs discretion in accordance with the following:
Agreement is sought by the client, from the owner/manager of the venue
Overtime fee is paid in cash before the contracted finish time.
Access to Venue
Toxic discos requires a 80 minutes to set up prior to the event and 30 minutes to pack up after the event. Clients should inform toxic discos if the venue is not located on the ground floor to allow a longer set up/break down period for transport of equipment.
